The 21' Dory, Einar


Einar is a beautifully maintained Nexus 21' cabin dory

This is a rare offering as these boats change hands very infrequently.

This boat is being offered, complete with motor and galvanized trailer, for $10,000.
Here are some recent photos of Einar. This boat has always been stored inside, either in the owner's garage or in the warehouse where these photos were taken.


As you can see, she looks like new. Better than new, really, as the owner has put on about 40 coats of hand-rubbed teak oil. She glows.


Power is a 28HP Evinrude 2-stroke motor, in good shape, and mounted in an inboard well. This motor cruises the boat at about 16 knots.


The cabin interior has 4" foam cushions with storage under. There's enough room for 2 people to sleep. The owner and his wife have slept aboard many times. The owner has laid indoor/outdoor carpet on the cockpit sole to protect the vertical grain Doug fir floorboards, which also have the 40 coats of teak oil and look better than new.

Einar has a pair of bronze opening ports, among many other quality fitments.
